A potential tenant can complete all forms electronically online as well as upload references, photographic identification and any supporting documentation as required. The portal can be accessed from a phone, tablet or P.C. delivering a convenient and user-friendly solution for the modern busy life.
Enables the successful applicants to electronically sign all paperwork online 24/7, from their phone, tablet, or P.C. and from anywhere in the world.
All tenancy documentation to include the tenancy agreement, direct debit etc. are created digitally and signed using our eSignature software. All paperwork is tracked and traced electronically using email authentication and GPS location capture.
Prior to your new tenant moving into the property a Digital Inventory can be created. Omarentals digital inventories are generated on tablet devices utilising the latest software.
These are then uploaded to our secure Inventory Portal where they can be viewed online by both landlords and tenants 24/7 from a phone, tablet or P.C. All pictures embedded in the report are date and time stamped for adjudication purposes.
The only thing that we have to work out now is how to transfer the keys online.
